Platinur separates customer work from replaceable operational detail. Your governed project, workspace configuration, dashboard definitions, Promotions history, Assistant chats, team audit history, and uploaded source snapshots remain with the workspace until you delete the relevant item or permanently delete the account. A deployment, failed run, cleanup job, or release rollback does not delete that customer state.

Automatically bounded operational data

Queued or running work is never removed by retention cleanup. Durable audit/customer records are not silently converted into temporary telemetry. Provider-call usage is cost/capacity telemetry; it is separate from—and has no effect on—your Assistant chat transcript.

Account deletion

Permanent account deletion requires explicit typed confirmation. It stops the workspace, removes its route and local account state, revokes access, and cannot be undone from the product. Encrypted recovery snapshots age out on the backup schedule instead of being edited in place; access is restricted to recovery operators and a restore requires an audited support/operations case. Deleting an account does not delete data in a customer-owned warehouse, GitHub repository, or third-party source. Platinur disables provider schedules/connections it owns or manages before local deletion and fails closed if required partner cleanup cannot be confirmed.
If your agreement requires a different retention period, contact Support before onboarding data.
