# Plans and Billing

> Choose who runs your analytical database, complete secure payment, and understand the Platinur subscription lifecycle.

Platinur has two monthly plans. Both include the complete product, unlimited workspace users, and
**10 million billable AI tokens per month**.

There is no free tier or trial. Payment is required before Platinur creates a workspace.

## Signup flow

1. Choose **Connect** or **Managed**.
2. Enter your company, work email, password, and accept the current legal terms.
3. Verify your work email.
4. Complete the subscription in Stripe Checkout.
5. The confirmation screen reports whether payment completed. You can close it immediately;
   Platinur creates the workspace in the background and emails you when it is ready.

The Checkout return page does not trigger or monitor provisioning. Platinur waits for Stripe's
verified payment confirmation, so refreshing or reopening the receipt cannot create a duplicate
workspace. The ready email is sent only after the portal, public address, sign-in, account services,
and required platform connections pass their setup checks.

With Connect, your first setup step is connecting the analytical database in Configuration. With Managed,
ClickHouse is provisioned and connected before the portal becomes ready.

## Manage or cancel

Workspace Owners can open **Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription** to update payment
details, view invoices, or cancel in Stripe.

* A payment failure locks new billable work while Platinur retains your data and configuration.
* A subscription scheduled to cancel remains active through the paid period.
* When a subscription ends, the workspace is locked for seven days before Platinur-managed
  resources are removed.
* Your own analytical database and GitHub repository are never deleted by subscription cleanup.

If you choose **Delete account** instead, Platinur cancels the subscription before removing the
workspace and its managed resources.
